Extension, or sliding, ladders consist of 2 or 3 sections. Each section consists of uprights and rungs. The extension ladder offers a wide height access range thanks to its deployment system (manual or with ropes). In the extended position, these ladders allow you to reach great heights by leaning against a wall. The 3-section versions can reach heights of more than 32'' for greater access. These ladders are now fitted with stabilization systems using a crossbar or supporting legs, giving them even more stability in their working position.
